1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing Hairdemic.com purchasing or using the Hairdemic Experience submitting an application or participating in a Hairdemic feature you agree to these Terms and any additional consent or program terms presented to you. You must use Hairdemic lawfully and must not interfere with the platform its systems or other participants. If you are not legally able to enter into these Terms a parent or legal guardian must act where permitted.

2. Educational and informational nature

Hairdemic is an educational informational research community and platform experience. Content assessments signals maps records recommendations and other materials are not medical diagnosis treatment legal advice or a substitute for qualified professional care. Hairdemic does not diagnose treat cure or prevent medical conditions. Seek an appropriately licensed professional for medical scalp skin or other health concerns.

3. The Hairdemic Experience

The Hairdemic Experience is a digital experience designed to help participants recognize patterns in hair and hair-care experiences. Individual results are contextual and informational. Hairdemic does not promise that use of the Experience will produce a particular hair health business financial professional or personal outcome.

4. Purchases digital access and refunds

The Hairdemic Experience is currently offered as a $27 one-time digital purchase. Payment is processed through a third-party payment processor. Prices and offerings may change for future purchases. Digital access and refund eligibility are governed by the Refund Policy shown at purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes refund or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

5. Hairdemic Record ID (HRI)

An HRI is an identifier used to connect a participant's activity inside Hairdemic. An HRI is established through Hairdemic's member participation process and is separate from purchasing the Hairdemic Experience. An HRI is not authentication, a medical record, credential, license or proof of professional qualification. You are responsible for protecting account access information and should notify Hairdemic if you believe it is being misused.

6. Registry participation and submitted information

Registry participation is separate from purchasing the Experience. If you contribute information signals experiences or other content you authorize Hairdemic to receive store organize analyze and use that information for the purposes disclosed in the Privacy Policy and at the point of submission. Do not submit information you do not have the right to provide. Additional consent may be requested for uses that require it.

7. Applications Assembly and participation

Submitting an application, purchasing or completing the Experience, or receiving an HRI does not guarantee selection or acceptance into an affiliate program, a partnership or any other Hairdemic opportunity. Applications may be reviewed, approved, declined or held for future consideration. Unless Hairdemic expressly confirms otherwise in writing, an application does not create employment, membership, partnership, agency, compensation, equity or any other entitlement.

8. Intellectual property

Hairdemic names branding logos visual systems original copy designs graphics interfaces assessments frameworks maps records educational materials Experience content and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Hairdemic and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Purchasing access gives you a limited personal non-exclusive non-transferable right to use the applicable Hairdemic experience for its intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership.

You may not reproduce republish sell sublicense distribute scrape systematically extract mirror frame reverse engineer circumvent access controls create unauthorized derivative commercial products from or commercially exploit Hairdemic proprietary materials except where applicable law expressly permits such activity notwithstanding this restriction or Hairdemic gives written permission.

9. User submissions

You retain ownership of original content you submit to the extent you own it. By submitting content you grant Hairdemic a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free license to host store reproduce process organize and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate provide secure improve and administer the feature or program for which it was submitted and as otherwise disclosed when you submit it. This does not give Hairdemic ownership of your personal story. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content.

10. Prohibited conduct

Do not misuse Hairdemic including by attempting unauthorized access disrupting security introducing malicious code impersonating another person submitting deceptive or unlawful material harvesting personal information circumventing payment or access controls or using automated systems to copy or extract substantial Hairdemic content without permission. Hairdemic may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users the platform or Hairdemic's rights.

11. Third-party services and links

Hairdemic may rely on or link to third-party services including payment processors hosting providers professional websites and other external platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and practices. Hairdemic is not responsible for third-party websites services outages content transactions or conduct except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

12. Availability changes and termination

Hairdemic is evolving. We work to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted error-free or permanent access to every feature. We may maintain update replace modify suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Where a change materially affects a paid entitlement Hairdemic will honor applicable contractual and consumer-law obligations.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Hairdemic and its content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without warranties that cannot reasonably be made for an evolving digital platform. Hairdemic does not warrant a particular result from educational content professional discovery applications future opportunities or participation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties guarantees or other rights that applicable law does not permit Hairdemic to exclude.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Hairdemic will not be liable for indirect incidental special consequential exemplary or punitive damages or lost profits revenues data opportunities or goodwill arising from use of the platform where such damages may lawfully be excluded. Hairdemic's liability will not be limited where applicable law prohibits limitation including for liability that cannot legally be waived. This section does not eliminate rights provided by mandatory consumer-protection law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law you agree to be responsible for claims losses or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of Hairdemic your violation of these Terms or content you submit without necessary rights. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Hairdemic for Hairdemic's own unlawful conduct negligence where it cannot be disclaimed or other responsibility that applicable law places on Hairdemic.

16. Reviews and lawful rights

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from making an honest review reporting concerns to regulators law enforcement or other authorities or exercising rights protected by applicable law. Nothing here is intended to restrict legally protected speech or reporting.

17. Privacy

Hairdemic's collection and handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and in feature-specific notices or consents. If a Hairdemic feature begins collecting information subject to additional legal requirements Hairdemic may provide additional disclosures or obtain additional consent.

18. Changes to these Terms

Hairdemic may update these Terms as the platform evolves. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the nature of the change and applicable law. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

19. Governing terms and disputes

These Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable United States law and mandatory consumer protections. Hairdemic does not use this section to take away a right or forum that applicable law requires. More specific governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions may be added as Hairdemic's operating entity and legal structure are finalized.
